NAME: Accidentally in Love
SUMMARY: It's the future now and Charlie and Sasha have one surviving pup, Zaka (of course). Scott and Ginger have settled and the storm between Black Death (Scott's crew) and the good guys (you can guess) have cleared but across the world, Belladonna is raising her own offspring, Zarava. Zaka and Zarava are made to follow instructions from the two whippets. Zaka to become the next big guardian angel after his father and Zarava to become the demoness her mother is. When Zaka and Zarava meet on the streets one day, everything seems to go a little pear shaped between the two. It becomes a serious case of puppy love and, of course, Charlie, Sasha and the one and only Belladonna herself will do anything to tear them apart but will the two youngsters ever make their way through? Jeez, I dunno, why are you asking me?! Just... read it if that has interested you in any way (Probably hasn't but DO IT ANYWAY )
CHAPTER ONE: ZAKA
"And as well as all this, you need to know the ground rules of being a guardian angel" Charlie explained, to a beyond confused Zaka. Zaka gave a puzzled look at his father, trying to make out any easy way to comprehend this. There was none. All the defenseless pup can do was think someone please help me!
"Are you getting this, Zaka?" Sasha asked.
"Um... I think so..." Zaka said, trying to remember every fact, detail and number. Sasha smiled and nodded at Charlie, telling him to go on.
"So... the first rule is-" And so continued the list. Having it on paper was bad enough but having it said at a quick pace to memorize was a little too much. As well as this, Annabelle had also told him all this to learn. All the pup wanted to do was live a care-free life, not one where he had to rescue cats from trees. Several times he sat in here having Angelic lessons whilst he heard Fetch and Retriever, his two best est friends (who were both Labrador twins) playing outside and he longed to join them. There was nothing that would make him happier.
He never really wanted to become a guardian angel anyway but he was told to. Not asked. Told. By his own father. And Annabelle of course. And his mother. And Itchy. And Bess. It was getting a little out of hand. Over and over again, he was told: You're a guardian angel. Those were the words he loathed. He wanted nothing more than to run away, be free. Although, doing this once was quite enough. Almost tearing apart good friends, almost killing two mutts, almost putting the strays of the streets in peril. All because he wanted to be a "junk dog" like Fetch and Retriever. Although, Scott and settled away and had given up bad deeds to raise his own family with Ginger, trying to look after their litter of six puppies who either looked just like him or just like Ginger. Their names were Cheryl, Lenny, Romeo, Alice, Ray and Mollie. Alex had learned to give up his loathing for Scott and move on, becoming a warm friend to the Black Death member, Britney. Alex had no family yet but alot of people thought Brianna and him were an item. No one dared to ask.
However, if anyone went on to live just a more depressing life than before the "incident", Zaka thought it was him. Just a life of learning and rules. Fetch, Retriever, Ray, Romeo and Lenny can just do whatever they like, as can the other three female pups they sorta get along with. But not Zaka. There was a world of adventure out there, what every puppy dreams off. But not Zaka.
"Is that alright, Zaka?" Dang. He wasn't paying attention.
"Oh... yea, that's all good" he said, nodding, sighing afterwards. If only...
CHAPTER TWO: ZARAVA
Zarava was born into the life of strict rules and learning how to be horrible but as much as she tried, she couldn't help if he had to cheer up someone in a struggle, using some of her power to help out. If she did that, however, she was in trouble with her mother. Her mother even scared her sometimes. Belladonna wanted her only daughter, Zarava, to reign over the world if she could. Zarava highly doubted this was possible but she said "Yes Mother" to every rule, ambition or task she was given. She learned how to fly at the age of three weeks. She barely got though her first week without any work to do. At two weeks, she had already learned skills that only a young pup, even a young whippet would dream off at learning at the age of two weeks. How to fight, kill, defend and so on.
"Now... you're are fully developed as a young one now, you have every skill and trick I could possibly teach you." Zarava wanted to close her eyes and disappear as her mother circled her, her wings outspread. However, she didn't. "Now it's time to teach you something more."
"What could you possibly teach me mother? I know everything you do" Zarava said, softly and rather timidly, hoping it was enough to keep her mother at least... sane. However, Belladonna merely chuckled evilly.
"Zarava... have I ever told you about a mutt named Charlie Barkin?" she asked her daughter. Zarava shook her head, her purple tail starting to twitch. If there was one thing Zarava loved, it was stories. Even if it was about her mother getting hurt or... so on. Zarava always told herself it wasn't guilty pleasure.
"No, mother" she said.
"Well..." Belladonna said, sitting before her young "apprentice", "Not so long ago, one of my biggest challenges was Charlie Barkin. Mostly because he was a guardian angel and what are guardian angels, Zarava?"
"No good rotten goody two-shoes, who work for the Good One, who is our enemy" Zarava responded. Belladonna smirked.
"Yes. Well, Annabelle would do anything to protect him, and... so ended my dragon form" Belladonna said, a snarl arriving at the bottom of her throat, a look of blood lust on her face. Zarava gulped slightly, suddenly this experience was not what she wanted.
"What did she do?" Zarava asked.
"Snow. And what is snow, Zarava?"
"Poison, mother."
"Good, very good. So, I leave you with this mission" Belladonna said, standing up again. "Barkin has a son. Zaka J. Barkin."
"Yes, mother?"
"By all means, destroy him. Annabelle will make him destroy you sooner or later, do it before he gets you" Belladonna said, with a slight snarl. Zarava felt horrified and she felt the back of her eyes sting slightly. Belladonna wanted her to kill someone, for real this time. She never done that before. However, she responded:
"Yes, mother."
