I've colored him! It took me forever, but I did it! I can't help but feel I should've put a bright red cape on him. And maybe a helmet...

I didn't before. But I do now! I'm hoping to rework Skippy's design, anthropomorphize him a little more, and pair him with another unnamed dog as a comedic duo in a comic strip I'm hoping to do.

It won't be anything big, if I ever do it. I've planned it out to be about a group of various "critters" (cats, dogs, mice, etc.) who put on a variety show and the unfortunate, stressed-out manager has to deal with the various hijinks backstage. Kind of like The Muppet Show, except showing what goes on behind the curtain instead of on the stage. I've got a couple of episodes worked out. I just haven't had time to properly develop the characters, so I've been making do with stick figures.

Awesome! I've always wanted to animate, but it's not as easy as it looks... I don't even know how to get the pictures altogether in one clip. I'm not that smart...

Me too. I actually had an idea for a Soapy animation. I think I know what to do but only thing is the frames will be at least like 250. My friend Sara said she'd help me.

I wish I could recomend an animation program to you, but I'm afraid I can't. The stuff I'm using is outdated junk, quite frankly. It's Animation Shop 2.0, so what's that tell ya? About all you can do on it is load the frames up and hit "run." But, for giving life to cheap guys like Skippy, it serves its purpose.
