Well you cant actually say that for sure, I mean All Dogs Go To Heaven came out exactly when the Little mermaid came out, which is why it didn't make that much money

I agree. If they could get Don Bluth to do an audio commentary for the film, I'd totally buy a new copy of the DVD. What I'm not sure about is if they even own the rights to some of their films anymore. I noticed that my copy of "Oz" was actually released by Warner Brothers. Food for thought. They could also put more previews and commercials, games, and stuff on it too. I hope kids still love the old 2D animation like ADGTH.

I don't even know which company my DVD of The Wizard of Oz is released by, but now that Harli brought it up, I don't think mine is MGM either...

I think it would cost them lots of money to add extra features into the movies. I don't think it will still help the movie get more attention for people to buy. Also, the movie can be downloaded and it will save people money. Ben-Hur and The Wizard Of Oz have that stuff in it and they are the top 2 classic movies which people will want to buy and maybe they are going to be on Blueray.

I wish the ADGTH DVD came with a 'how we made all dogs' feature but all that's on there is 'Play Movie' and 'Scene Selection' and I believe 'Languages' also.

Well, anyone on this board would think that, Soapy, I don't blame you. But it wouldn't sell...

It's because not a lot of peope are into the classic 2D films these days anymore except for Disney. Another thing is because of all the highly rated CGI films from Disney/Pixar, DreamWorks, Fox, etc. We have to face it everybody. The movies are on You Tube and I've seen some of the DVDs in stores.
The same goes for Balto. Everybody wants the movies to be put into a pack, but it won't do crap. The movies are longer being recognized and the company's animation studio has shut down after the failure of the 3rd film.
The economy right now is in bad shape and the cost of entertainment stuff has gone up a lot, making it harder for people who have lost jobs to buy the films and stuff.

Yeah whats the deal with all the 3-D Disney movies? Or 2D animation. Every movie they make is like, associated with Pixar. I mean, ugh.

And most of the Pixar movies don't have that good of a plot. People have to stop going gaga over every movie that has spectacular special effects. Plot, character, music, and moral vlaues matter as well.
